Building permit
An administrative act on the basis of which construction, extension, superstructure, reconstruction or rehabilitation of a building may begin. The main design must be prepared before applying.
Occupancy permit
A completed building may be used only after a technical inspection and a ruling by the competent authority. The permit may be issued for the entire building or for a functionally independent part.
